Если ремень пристёгнут, то вы не будете вылетать из окна. так же, если вы будете ехать медленно с отстегнутым ремнем, и вас заметит коп, то вы получите одну звезду розыска (на большой скорости он просто не разглядит, пристегнуты вы или нет).
