LCS + VCS Car Reflection for San Andreas.

I cannot run most graphics mod like ENB, Freezin ENB, ENB MMGE, SA_DirectX and V Graphics, so i change the Reflection from LCS and VCS.

Note: You need SkyGFX to see LCS + VCS Reflection
