This Mod will replace the roads of "GTA Mixed Vice City" and most of the pavements and grass. You will notice that the "Starfish Island" roads are clean while other cities roads looks a bit older. It looks awesome with enb DirectX 3.0

Installation:

Copy the roads folder and paste in the modloader folder.
Open modloader.ini and under the "Profiles.Default.Priority" type "GTA Mixed=46"
