\"Storm Waves\" Version 1.0 for GTA San Andreas

The modification adds storm waves. Increased viewing distance of waves by hundreds of meters. Install Mix Sets and change these lines, for best effect!

WaterWavesRadius = 192 # (48) Wave Distance. Large distances greatly affect FPS on weak compieters.

WaveLightingMult = 1.3 # (1.0) Final multiplication for bright and shadow wave effect. Increases the lighting of waves, making them more visible.
