New Nitrous, tires and reverse whine sounds for GTA San Andreas

The sounds were extracted from Need for Speed Underground 2 and Need for Speed Undercover (the nitrous oxide sounds were edited by me to include the fun Tie Fighter sounds from Star Wars).
