This mod fixes lot of incorrect peds due to Rockstar Laziness.

Fixes:

Restore Security Guard and Pimp voice due to typo
HECK1, HECK2, SMYST, SMYST2, WMOICE, VBMOCD, BMOCD now has "fatman" animation from Big smoke
WMYSGRD now has "swat" animation
SWMOTR1 now has "fatwoman" animation
