A long time has passed, and the residents of Grove Street decided to update everything. Someone plastered the house with a new colored putty, the residents put up a new wooden fence and under the varnish. Everyone chipped in and laid new asphalt, planted a lawn, someone painted something. And you know - it's noticeable, the area has been updated, it looks so fresh. Everything became brighter. Even in CJ's house, they renovated the first floor, laid tiles on the floor, bought new wallpaper, a kitchen, all in modern tones. If you want to update the area a little - install it. The textures are good and it looks great.
Installation:
- Open the IMGTool program;
- In the File, Open menu, open the file GTA San Andreas\/models\/gta3.img;
- Use the Find command and the Replace command to replace the files boxes.txd, break_f_w.txd, break_fence1.txd, comedhos1_la.txd, contachou1_lae2.txd, coochieghous.txd, dynhydrent.txd, ext_doors_old.txd, ganghouse1_lax.txd, ganton02_lae2.txd, lae2roads.txd, lae2roadshub.txd and landhub.txd with similar modification files from the gta3.img folder;
- In the File, Open menu, open the gta_int.img file;
- Use the Find command and the Replace command to replace the files carls_kit1.txd, carls_kit2.txd, carlslounge.txd, carlspics.txd, cj_bed_furn.txd, cj_beds.txd, picture_frame.txd with similar modification files from the gta_int.img folder.

Обновлённый Grove Street
Прошло много времени, жители Гроув Стрит решили все обновить. Кто-то заштукатурил дом новой цветной шпатлевкой, поставили жители себе новый деревянный забор и под лаком. Все скинулись и положили новый асфальт, посадили газон, кто-то что-то покрасил. И знаете — это заметно, район обновился, так свежо смотрится. Все стало ярче. Даже в доме Си-Джея сделали на первом этаже ремонт, положили плитку на пол, новые обои купили кухню, все в современных тонах. Если хотите обновить немного район — устанавливаем. Текстуры хорошие и смотрится отлично.
Установка:
- Откройте программу IMGTool;
- В меню File, Open откройте файл GTA San Andreas/models/gta3.img;
- Командой Find найдите и командой Replace замените файлы boxes.txd, break_f_w.txd, break_fence1.txd, comedhos1_la.txd, contachou1_lae2.txd, coochieghous.txd, dynhydrent.txd, ext_doors_old.txd, ganghouse1_lax.txd, ganton02_lae2.txd, lae2roads.txd, lae2roadshub.txd и landhub.txd на аналогичные файлы модификации из папки gta3.img;
- В меню File, Open откройте файл gta_int.img;
