В один день Лос-Сантос опустел. На улицах наступила умиротворяющая тишина. Нет больше никого. Уже не шумят толпы народа спешащие по своим делам. Совсем исчезли машины с дорог, а небо после бесконечного дождя наконец-то озарилось лучами солнца. Однако в городе осталось еще трое человек. Последние, кто остался — это воплощение отца и дочери, а так же палач, желающий их убить.
