This is a legendary pirated Russification, which was created in 2011/2012. Some person decided to take the fonts from the very first Russification from NoRG and ran all the texts through PROMT. The translation here is the worst, which is what this Russification is remembered for.

Я — человек, опубликовавший этот русификатор, искал его несколько часов, после чего нашёл его, но с рекламой в самом начале игры. Но мне не составило труда разобраться в этих русско-английских буквах и заменить рекламу на то, что должно быть.
