This 'mod' would work as an addition to any Car Wash mod. The cars wouldn't get dirty so fast. I tested it at Verdant Meadows airstrip and to make the car fully dirty (from 0.0 to 15.0 dirt level) I had to drive along the strip 15+ times.

The mod doesn't stay in memory.

Installation: drop the file into CLEO folder.
