This is a mod that allows you to toggle dual wield, by pressing T and being on hitman skill level for the weapons you want to dual wield then you will be able to toggle dual wield. Simple but great!

How to install: install CLEO and CLEO+ and place the CLEO folder in your game folder.

There's a config file in the cleo folder if you want to edit it to your liking, you can either make it so you can dual wield all weapons as long as you have hitman skill level (it's a bit buggy) or you can change the toggle button.
