Little Smoke Skin Pack by Cleoude.
Skins are perfectly suited for the cutscenes. Also cs sto ig Skins have nice facials better!
Has Mobile Hands and Cutscene to Ingame versions.
Thanks to the compatibilities I put in it, you will be able to use the skin as you wish. Also I am thinking of doing the next skins and previous projects this way.
You can remove hat, glasses and watch, if you change the texture with transparent png.
3D watch model for artwork smoke.
PS2 Textures used.
Also CS TO IG Skins were made.
CS TO IG = Cutscene Character converted to gameplay.

How to install:
Select version you want,
in game (smoke, smokev): to gta3.img or modloader
cutscene (cssmoke,cssmokevest,cssmokevest2): to cutscene.img or modloader.
If you want mobile hands or cs to ig install from the folder.
