Garbage on the roads like in GTA 3/GTA VC

I present to your attention a garbage mod that you saw in GTA 3 or GTA VC.
You also saw it in the GTA Underground mod.
This is a complete and higher quality alternative to Goldfish and TrushinVlad scripts.
Ported using RE3.

Functions:

• Reaction to weather and wind;
• If you shoot the trash, it will disappear;
• Reaction to passing cars/bikes/bicycles, etc.

What I plan to change/add:

• Add opcode to turn garbage on/off

My changes:

• Output the garbage textures into a separate file "rubbishSA.txd";
• Added more garbage from other games + HD Elvis newspaper and BITE; Adjustable in the .ini file
• Removed transparency (if you want transparency, there is a version with transparency in the archive in the "Rubbish(transparent)" folder); Adjustable in the .ini file
• Garbage can be turned on/off via debugmenu

V1.1

• Fixed a bug where garbage appeared in interiors.
• Added 1 more newspaper Adjustable in the .ini file
• Trash spawn made a little further away Adjustable in the .ini file
• The amount of garbage has been slightly reduced Adjustable in the .ini file
• The palm leaves and brown leaves were stretched out like in GTA VC Adjustable in the .ini file
• Slightly increased the size of some garbage Adjustable in the .ini file
• Garbage textures are now in the rubbishSA.txd file to avoid conflict with other .txds with the same name.

V1.2

• An error window has been added if you do not have rubbishSA.txd in the models folder. Made so that there would be no questions like “this mod is crashing, please help.” There is simply 1 reason for the crash: No TXD.
• Fixed a crash when you exit the game before you even log into the game.
• Added trash from PS2 GTA Vice City Adjustable in the .ini file
• Now .asi can be installed in any way (for example asi in modloader or in the scripts folder) without crashing due to a missing .txd file. but rubbishSA.txd should still be in the models folder.
• A bug was fixed where debris was visible through walls when you were wearing a jetpack and when it was not visible through car windows.
• Fixed the appearance of debris in the water

V1.3

• Added .ini file with various settings (transparency, quantity, etc.), also allowing you to add your own garbage without C++ knowledge. (Thanks BloodTiger)

I'm ready to hear your suggestions about this mod, for example, add/change something.

ATTENTION!I'm saying this for the second time. If your game crashes, the only reason is a missing .txd. Double check that "rubbishSA.txd" is in the models folder.
