Hello everyone! I present to you Vice City Violator. I got this boat from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into the regular game.
Features:
- Does not spoil the atmosphere of the game.
- Has good texture quality.
- SA Style.
- There is a model for Android.
- Excellent replacement for the old model.
- Works in SAMP.
- Adapted to PS2 and mobile reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the files speeder.dff and speeder.txd or put them in Modloader, if it exists.
(For android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace speeder.dff in gta3.img, then using the TXD TOOL program, insert the texture into the gta3 folder.

PS: The boat in the game has a strange transparent texture. I tried to remove it, but everything was fine in the editor with the boat. UG also has this bug. Therefore, if anyone wants to fix this bug - go for it.
Всем привет! Представляю вам Vice City Violator. Эту лодку я достал из GTA UNDERGROUND и вставил в обычную игру.
Особенности:

Установка:
(Для ПК) С помощью программы IMG TOOL заменить файлы speeder.dff и speeder.txd или закинуть в Modloader, если он имеется.
(Для андроид) С помощью программы GTA IMG TOOL заменить в gta3.img speeder.dff, далее с помощью программы TXD TOOL вставить текстуру в папку gta3.

PS: В игре на лодке имеется странная прозрачная текстура. Я пытался её убрать, но в редакторе с лодкой было все нормально. В UG тоже есть такой баг. Поэтому если кто хочет исправить этот баг — дерзайте.
