For those who had this localization, and you accidentally deleted GTA San Andreas without deleting it, after re-installing you got this - "Localization 0.56 is already installed."
But now the problem is solved thanks to me!
Just put the file you downloaded from the archive into the game folder, run it and click delete, after which you can install the localization again!

Для тех, у кого была эта локализация, и вы случайно удалили GTA San Andreas не удаляя её, после повторной установки у вас вылизало это - "Локализация 0.56 уже установлена".
Но теперь проблема решена благодаря мне!
Просто поместите скаченный вами файл из архива, в папку с игрой, запустите и нажмите удалить, после чего вы сможете установить локализацию заново!
