Collection of standard wheels + transport improvements

In GTA SA, I was always embarrassed that, although the game has good wheel models, many cars use rather ugly wheels (and in the wheels for tuning, as if they specifically put in the most garbage, which discourages the desire to customize the car). I decided to fix it.

Now vanilla transport will play with new colors, and there will be something to choose from in tuning shops. In addition, I have corrected many shortcomings of standard transport: cars like Buffalo or Sultan suspension will no longer be too high, and some trucks have added double rear wheels, or the width of the standard ones has been increased. Also, some cars will have rear-wheel drive instead of front-wheel drive (for example, Jester), and the tank will have a more realistic mass and acceleration. In addition, in the installation instructions you will find a list of recommended mods that continue the theme of correcting and improving vanilla vehicles.
