After the end of the Second World War, a secret, global organization "KIPR" was created somewhere, in an inaccessible place, in the Alps, in the castle of the ex-Duke of the Austrian Empire. Organization to combat terrorist and illegal associations around the world. Their task is not to save the whole world, but to promote and support the ideas created by the globalists — the world order. Sometimes, not quite “clean” methods. It is said that Churchill, after visiting this organization, delivered the "Fulton speech", which marked the beginning of the "cold war" with the USSR.

In 2009, after the global economic crisis, the world order was shaken, and leaders emerged in some countries, threatening the stability of the world. But the crisis continued, and two years later, the dominant ideas of globalism in the world faded away. And half the world was in chaos. The task of the organization is to restore stability and order in the world.

The first case is sent to a group of four people. Their real names are not known. But they operate under code names: Briton, French, Dutch and Italian. Not everything is going smoothly in the group, and the Briton and the Frenchman constantly quarrel with each other.

Note: There is only one mission here, you can say "pilot", from the project that I am developing (so far only on paper). I just want to know your opinion, well, how will it work for you (or not). All up to your judging!

Requires DYOM 9 latest version to work.

Installation:

Place the SD folder in GTA San Andreas User Files;

Folders Modloader, cleo and files III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster placed in the folder with the game.
