The mod adds the Dude's house to the beach "Santa Maria". Yes, the same dude from the game Postal. My first work in mapping, please point out the flaws.

Установка мода : Вставить файлы из папки gta3.img в gta3.img,которых находится в корневой папке игры.

Вставить папку LA в "D:\Game\GTA-SanAndreas\data\maps"(Это мой путь,у вас может быть другой)
