1) run the IMG Tool;
2) drop the files dff, txd, col into gta3.img;
3) then run the Med program and put the model on the map.

Установка:
1)запускаем IMG Tool;
2)закидываем туда файлы dff, txd, col в gta3.img;
3)потом запускаем прогу Med и ставим модель на карту.
