Hi everyone. I present to you Vice City Spand Express. I got this Express from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.
Features:

- Excellent replacement for the old model.
- Works in SAMP.
- Adapted to PS2 and mobile reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the mule.dff and mule.txd files or throw them into Modloader, if available.
(For Android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program in gta3.img, replace the mule.dff file, then using the TXD TOOL program, add the texture to the gta3 folder.

Всем привет. Представляю вам Vice City Spand Express. Этот Express я достал из GTA UNDERGROUND и вставил в обычную игру.
Особенности:
- Не портит атмосферу игры.
- Хорошее качество текстур.
- SA Style.
- Есть модель для Андроид.
- Отличная замена старой модели.
- Работает в SAMP.
- Адаптирован к PS2 и мобильным отражениям.
Установка:
(Для ПК) С помощью программы IMG TOOL заменить файлы mule.dff и mule.txd или закинуть в Modloader, если он имеется.
(Для андроид) С помощью программы GTA IMG TOOL в gta3.img заменить файл mule.dff, далее с помощью программы TXD TOOL добавить текстуру в папку gta3.
