[SA] Missing Smokes Fix (smoke in factory pipes)

Update 08/27/2022:

Fixed a crash when restarting the game.

A mod that fixes some flaws, namely, it adds smoke from pipes in some factories. Previously, there was smoke in some places, and now 28 new points with smoke have been added. There will also be yellow smoke (chemical) in some places.

Обновление от 27.08.2022:

Исправлен сбой при перезапуске игры.

Мод, исправляющий некоторые недоработки, а именно добавляет дым из труб на некоторых заводах. Ранее дым был в некоторых местах, а теперь добавлено 28 новых точек с дымом. Также в некоторых местах будет желтый дым (химический).
