Improvements and fixes to various textures for GTA San Andreas
These textures have good quality and resolution 256x256 512x512 and 1024x1024 than in the original San Andreas. In the original, these textures have poor quality and resolutions of 64x64 and 128x128. Textures from PS2 were also replaced with higher quality textures.
