Hello everyone. I present to you Vice City Packer. I got this Packer from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into the regular game.

Features:

- Does not spoil the atmosphere of the game.

Installation:

(For PC) Use the IMG TOOL program to replace the packer.dff and packer.txd files or throw them into Modloader, if available.

(For Android) Use the GTA IMG TOOL program in gta3.img to replace the packer.dff file.

Особенности:
