Adapted vehicles for tuning v3
Another update to my pack, adding vinyl options to the standard transport.

- Merit
- Kart
- ZR350 (Updated)
- Emperor
The ZR-350 had some bug fixes. She also now supports tuning at Wheel Arch Angels in San Fierro (this was before, I just forgot to mention it). To repaint cars use the RZL Trainer and install the Open Limit Adjuster.
Installation:
If you already have an old version of the mod, then move the files from the archive to the mod folder in Modloader. If you have not installed this mod before, just create a new folder in Modloader and move the files there.
