1998 Three years before the events of GTA 3. Tony returns to Liberty City after several years of "quiet" life associated with the murder of a member of another Family. A grateful Don Leone gives him a job, but during Tony's absence, many members of the Leone Family have risen in the "service", and Vincenzo "Lucky" Chilly has taken Tony's former place. Gradually, Tony gets out of Vincenzo's influence and takes his place.
GTA: LCS retained all the features of its predecessors. Any GTA fan will have fun and new experiences exploring Liberty City in the late 1990s. Vehicle handling has undergone many changes, in rainy weather, the behavior of the car will be very difficult to control. But the scheme of police persecution has been preserved. At the first violation of law and order, only a few policemen will try to stop the hero, after the murder of which the police will send reinforcements in the form of patrol cars. The national guard will take over the pacification of the completely insolent Toni Cipriani.
The famous game that was released on PSP and PS2, but never appeared on the PC impresses with its quality!
What's in beta:
- Map of Liberty City 1998. There is a full version of the map since GTAIII. Isle of Portland - Savehouse with interior, construction in Hepburn Heights, ferry dock, textures of shops and houses on trifles, a bar in the red light district, the interior of Vincenzo's house. Staunton Island - Ferry Wharf, stadium, partly Fort Staunton. Reworked tree models, road textures, weather effects - the atmosphere is as close as possible to the PS2 version of the LCS. Mission code.
- The first 7 missions for Vincenzo (Home Sweet Home, Slacker, Dealing Revenge, Snuff, Smash and Grab, Hot Wheels), three third-party (Noodleboy, TrashDash, Slash TV) and two additional ones that were not in the original, including one racing (Racers Blow, Hepburn race). In addition, all parking lots of cars, pickups from the original + a car recycler in a landfill have been restored. For the first mission there are cutscenes (TEST).

- Beautiful design, ENB series graphic effects, original HUD and radar.

1998 год. До событий GTA 3 — три года. Тони возвращается в Либерти Сити после нескольких лет «тихой» жизни, связанной с убийством члена другой Семьи. Благодарный Дон Леоне даёт ему работу, но за время отсутствия Тони, многие члены Семьи Леоне поднялись по «службе», а бывшее место Тони занял Винчензо "Счастливчик" Чилли. Постепенно Тони выходит из под влияния Винчензо и занимает его место.
GTA: LCS сохранила все особенности своих предшественниц. Любой фанат GTA получит удовольствие и новые впечатления, исследуя Либерти-Сити конца 1990-х. Управление транспортными средствами претерпело множество изменений, в дождливую погоду поведение машины будет очень трудно контролировать. А вот схема полицейского преследования сохранилась. При первом нарушении правопорядка героя попытаются остановить лишь несколько полицейских, после убийства которых полиция вышлет подкрепление в виде патрульных машин. Если и дальше продолжить хулиганство, игрока ждет встреча с отрядами SWAT и федеральных служб. Усмирением вконец обнаглевшего Тони Сиприани займется национальная гвардия.
Знаменитая игра, вышедшая на PSP и PS2, но так и не появившаяся на PC поражает своим качеством!
Что в бете:
- Карта Либерти Сити 1998. Присутствует полная версия карты времен GTAIII. Остров Портланд — Сейвхаус с интерьером, стройка в хепберн хейтс, паромный причал, текстуры магазинов и домов по мелочам, бар в квартале красных фонарей, интерьер дома Винчензо. Остров Стаунтон — Паромный причал, стадион, частично Форт Стаунтон. Переделаны модели деревьев, текстуры дорог, погодные эффекты — атмосфера максимально приближена к PS2 версии LCS. Програмный код миссий.
- Первые 7 миссий за Винчензо (Home Sweet Home, Slacker, Dealing Revenge, Snuff, Smash and Grab, Hot Wheels), три сторонних (Noodleboy, TrashDash, Slash TV) и две дополнительных которых в оригинале не было, среди которых одна гоночная (Racers Blow, Hepburn race). Кроме того восстановлены все места парковки автомобилей, пикапов из оригинала + утилизатор авто на свалке. Работающие паромы между Портландом и Стаунтом. Для первой миссии присутствуют катсцены (ТЕСТ).
- Оригинальные автомобили, пешеходы, оружие.
- Красивое оформление, графические эффекты ENB series, оригинальный HUD и радар.
