1998 Three years before the events of GTA3. Tony returns to Liberty City after several years of "quiet" life associated with the murder of a member of another Family. A grateful Don Leone gives him a job, but during Tony's absence, many members of the Leone Family have risen in the "service", and Vincenso "Lucky" Chilly has taken Tony's former place. Gradually, Tony gets out of the influence of Vincenzo and takes his place.
GTA: LCS retained all the features of its predecessors. Any GTA fan will have fun and new experiences while exploring Liberty City in the late 1990s. Vehicle handling has undergone many changes, in rainy weather, the behavior of the car will be very difficult to control. But the scheme of police persecution has been preserved. At the first violation of law and order, only a few policemen will try to stop the hero, after the murder of which the police will send reinforcements in the form of patrol cars. The national guard will take over the pacification of the completely insolent Toni Cipriani.

WHAT'S IN BETA:
1) Map of Liberty City 1998.
There is a full version of the map since GTAIII. Isle of Portland - Savehouse with interior, construction in Hepburn Heights, ferry dock, textures of shops and houses on trifles, a bar in the red light district, the interior of Vincenzo's house. Staunton Island - Ferry Wharf, stadium, partly Fort Staunton. Reworked tree models, road textures, weather effects - the atmosphere is as close as possible to the PS2 version of the LCS.
2) Program code for missions.
The first 7 missions for Vincenzo (Home Sweet Home, Slacker, Dealing Revenge, Snuff, Smash and Grab, Hot Wheels), three third-party (Noodleboy, TrashDash, Slash TV) and two additional ones that were not in the original, including one racing (Racers Blow, Hepburn race). In addition, all parking lots of cars, pickups from the original + a car recycler in a landfill have been restored. Operating ferries between Portland and Staunt.
3) Original cars, pedestrians, weapons.
4) Beautiful design, ENB series graphic effects, original HUD and radar.
