Hello, good afternoon. This mod changes the textures of 4 houses on Grove Street. Big Smoke's house has also undergone changes.
Changes in: wall textures, windows, doors, roof, fence and more.
Additionally: The game menu has changed - it is now green, a small change.
Inside the archive there are two installation options: via modloader, or directly via gta3.img

Обновлённый Гроув Стрит + новое меню игры
Привет, добрый день. Этот мод изменяет текстуры 4 домам на Гроув Стрит. Дом Биг Смоука также подвергнулся изменениям.
Изменения в: текстурах стен, окон, дверей, крыши, забора и многое другое.
Дополнительно: Меню игры изменилось - теперь оно зелёное, небольшое изменение.
Внутри архива есть два выбора установки: через modloader, либо же напрямую через gta3.img
