Tribune for the mayor's speech
Adds a little variety to the gameplay, now a new mapping will be used in the game near the Los Santos City Hall, a tribune for the mayor's address is added.
This mod works without bugs and other problems both in single player and in SAMP.
Installation: throw into any folder in modloader, or in GTA3.IMG
P.S. - if your mapping looks too light, then it is advised to use another timecyc.dat
Добавляет небольшое разнообразие в игровой процесс, теперь в игре будет использоваться новый маппинг у мэрии Лос-Сантос, добавляется трибуна для обращения мэра.
Данный мод без багов и других проблем работает как в одиночке, так и в SAMP.
Установка: закинуть в любую папку в modloader, либо же в GTA3.IMG
P.S. - если у вас маппинг выглядит чересчур светлым, то советуется использовать другой timecyc.dat
