Good day.

I present to you - Project Underground Alpha 1.0!

Underground Street Racing (Project Underground) - A large modification slowly developed by me in my spare time. The essence of the project is to transfer the map and atmosphere from the NFS Underground to the GTA SA platform, and later from other parts of the racing series.

To begin with, I will list what the project already boasts in this version:

-Fully converted and adapted for freeroam

Olympic City from NFSU, including all drag and drift tracks + filling the city voids from scratch.

- Customized graphical shell. The graphics are as close as possible to what we saw in NFS World

-97 Cars (+31 for traffic). Models were converted from NFS games (Most Wanted, Carbon, World), but most of them are from Juiced 2 HIN. Each model is made in the same style and uses common textures so that it does not look like a hodgepodge. There are also elaborate files handling, carcols, vehicles

-Completed mapping in the territory of the first ring (Olympic Square)

-New menus, interface and other cosmetic stuff

-A decent number of holes for the map and in the road models at the junctions

-Some models (eg fence) have one-sided textures

-About half of the cars have no reflections and are slightly inaccurate in size compared to the real thing

-There are invisible walls in some places

All of the shortcomings listed will be fixed in the next Beta version.

Представляю вашему вниманию — Project Underground Alpha 1.0!

Underground Street Racing (Project Underground) — Большая модификация, медленно разрабатываемая мной в свободное время. Суть проекта — перенести на платформу GTA SA карту и атмосферу из NFS Underground, а в последствии и из других частей гоночной серии.

Для начала перечислю то, чем уже может похвастаться проект в этой версии:

-Полностью конвертированный и адаптированный для freeroam

Olympic City из NFSU, включая все драг и дрифт треки + заполнение пустот города с нуля.

-Настроенная графическая оболочка. Графика приближена насколько это возможно к той, что мы видели в NFS World

-97 Автомобилей (+31 для траффика). Модели были конвертированы из игр NFS (Most Wanted, Carbon, World), но большая их часть — из Juiced 2 HIN. Каждая модель сделана в едином стиле и использует общие текстуры, чтобы это не выглядело как сборная солянка. Также имеются проработанные файлы handling, carcols, vehicles

-Завершенный маппинг на территории первого кольца (Olympic Square)

-Новые меню, интерфейс и прочие косметические мелочи

Известные недоработки:

-Приличное количество дыр под карту и в моделях дорог на стыках

-Некоторые модели (например забор) имеют односторонние текстуры

-Около половины автомобилей не имеют отражений и имеют слегка неточный размер по сравнению с реальным

-В некоторых местах имеются невидимые стены

Все недоработки из перечисленных обязательно будут исправлены в следующей версии Beta.
