GTA SA CUT or DAT file editor – a simple editor of .cut/.dat cutscene files.
You can create a new .cut file. When you select the “New” menu item, a .cut file template will appear.
When saving, the size of .cut/.dat files is a multiple of 2048.
- There is a list of recently opened files (up to 10 files);
- The AlphaControls library is used - author Goncharov S.V.

Можно создать новый .cut файл. При выборе пункта меню «New» появится шаблон .cut файла.
При сохранении размер .cut/.dat файлов кратен 2048.
