The mod is old and unfortunately abandoned. It was made by a huge team, and even in this version, you can see new gameplay mechanics.

After nearly 12 months of development, it's finally out! History: In 1994, Cj leaves LS (why? This will be explained in-game). He joined a group of people who want to destroy the Circle Grand, which makes car deals. After some action, Cj and his buddies fall into the hands of the FBI ... The first release includes:

- 8 story missions

- Lots of new features

- Polish and English

- One new radio station

And one more thing

It looks like there are not many of them, but the mod will be expanded. This will not interfere with the gameplay as the script has been changed to make the new SCMs compatible with the old 95 saves.

После почти 12 месяцев разработки он наконец вышел! История: В 1994 году Сиджей уходит из LS (почему? Это будет объяснено в игре). Он присоединился к группе людей, которая хочет уничтожить группу Circle Grand, которая заключает сделки с автомобилями. После некоторых действий Сиджей и его приятели попадают в руки ФБР... Первый релиз включает в себя:

- 8 сюжетных миссий

- Множество новых функций

- Польский и английский языки

- Одна новая радиостанция

И еще кое-что

Похоже, их немного, но мод будет расширен. Это не помешает игровому процессу, потому что сценарий изменен, чтобы сделать новые SCM совместимыми со старыми сохранениями истории 95-го года.
