Hi all. I present to you VCS Enforcer. I took this Enforcer out of GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.
Features:
- Does not spoil the atmosphere of the game.
- Good quality textures.
- SA Style.
- There is a model for Android.
- An excellent replacement for the old model.
- Works in SAMP.
- Adapted to PS2 and mobile reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the files enforcer.dff and enforcer.txd or upload them to Modloader, if available.
(For Android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace enforcer.dff in gta3.img, then use the TXD TOOL program to paste the files into the gta3 folder.
PS: I was able to fix the model, now it works on Android, but the model in the “For PC” folder will not work on Android. Only from the "For Android" folder.

Всем привет. Представляю вам VCS Enforcer. Этот Enforcer я достал из GTA UNDERGROUND и вставил в обычную игру.
Особенности:
- Не портит атмосферу игры.
- Хорошее качество текстур.
- SA Style.
- Есть модель для Андроид.
- Отличная замена старой модели.
- Работает в SAMP.
- Адаптирован к PS2 и мобильным отражениям.
Установка:
(Для ПК) С помощью программы IMG TOOL заменить файлы enforcer.dff и enforcer.txd или закинуть в Modloader, если он имеется.
(Для Андроид) С помощью программы GTA IMG TOOL заменить в gta3.img enforcer.dff, далее с помощью программы TXD TOOL вставить файлы в папку gta3.
PS: Я смог пофиксить модель, теперь она работает на андроид, но модель в папке "Для ПК" на андроиде работать не будет. Только из папки "Для Андроид".
