Hi all! I present to you Balmoral. I took this Balmoral out of GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.
Features:
- Does not spoil the atmosphere of the game.

- Works in SAMP.
- Adapted to PS2 and mobile reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the elegant.dff and elegant.txd files or upload them to Modloader, if available.
(For Android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace elegant.dff in gta3.img, then using the TXD TOOL program, paste the files into the gta3 folder.
