Hello everyone! I present to you Balmoral. This Balmoral was taken from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted into the regular game.
Features:
- Does not ruin the game's atmosphere.
- Good texture quality.
- SA Style.
- There is a model for Android.
- A great replacement for the old model.
- Works in SAMP.
- Adapted for PS2 and mobile reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Use IMG TOOL to replace the files elegant.dff and elegant.txd or place them in Modloader if available.
(For Android) Use GTA IMG TOOL to replace elegant.dff in gta3.img, then use TXD TOOL to insert the files into the gta3 folder.

Всем привет! Представляю вам Balmoral. Этот Balmoral я достал из GTA UNDERGROUND и вставил в обычную игру.
Особенности:
- Не портит атмосферу игры.
- Хорошее качество текстур.
- SA Style.
- Есть модель для Андроид.
- Отличная замена старой модели.
- Работает в SAMP.
- Адаптирован к PS2 и мобильным отражениям.
Установка:
(Для ПК) С помощью программы IMG TOOL заменить файлы elegant.dff и elegant.txd или закинуть в Modloader, если он имеется.
(Для андроид) С помощью программы GTA IMG TOOL заменить в gta3.img elegant.dff, далее с помощью программы TXD TOOL вставить файлы в папку gta3.
