This modification adds cold colors to the game. Suitable for winter mods.
There is a slight bloom (very light)
Also included in the archive is Real Linear Graphics (timecyc)
Changes in V2
Blur has been enhanced
Colors have been slightly modified
Why did I enhance the blur? Because together with the blur
the standard motion blur effect while driving fast becomes,
in my opinion, more beautiful!
MAKE SURE TO READ THE TXT FILE!

All others are from the first version.

Почему я усилил блюр? Да потому что вместе с блюром
стандартный эффект размытия при быстрой езде становится,
как по мне, красивее!
