Cole Walter and his new partner Mark Phillips are called in to investigate a missing car case. As you delve deeper into your investigation, Detective Walter will encounter the dark side of the law, including corrupt high-ranking officials and corrupt cops.
The Flower of Evil project is a continuation of the ! project! Anarchist.

Коул Уолтер и его новый напарник Марк Филипс вызваны расследовать дело о пропавшем автомобиле. Всё больше углубляясь в расследование, детектив Уолтер столкнётся с обратной стороной закона, в том числе с коррумпированными высокопоставленными лицами и продажными полицейскими.
Проект «Цветок зла» являются продолжением проекта Анархист.
