Updated CLEO library, which will be required for the CLEO+.

Version 4.3.24:

- Adapted to the updated CLEO + plugin, which will be released soon;

- Fixed absence of pauses when minimizing sound;

- Fixed incompatibility from fastman92 limit adjuster;

- Added export of some functions required for the new version of CLEO +;

- Object detection opcodes (0AE1, 0AE2, 0AE3) now use a performance-optimized distance check and ignore the distance limit if the argument sent is greater than 1000.0.;

- Opcode for searching for pedestrians (0AE1), now allows sending "-1" in the "pass_deads" parameter to skip all checks;

- Opcode for vehicle gear count (0AB7), now returned from native vehicle class instead of using model and processing arrays - now compatible with f92la and IndieVehicles;

Версия 4.3.24:

- Адаптирован к обновленному плагину CLEO+, который выйдет в ближайшее время;

- Исправлено отсутствие пауз, при сворачивании звука;

- Исправлена несовместимость из fastman92 limit adjuster;

- Добавлен экспорт некоторых функций, необходимых для новой версии CLEO+;

- Коды операций для обнаружения объектов (0AE1, 0AE2, 0AE3), теперь используют проверку расстояния с оптимизированной производительностью и игнорируют ограничение расстояния, если отправленный аргумент больше 1000.0.;

- Код операции для поиска пешеходов (0AE1), теперь позволяет отправлять «-1» в параметре «pass_deads», чтобы пропустить все проверки;

- Код операции для количества передач автомобиля (0AB7), теперь возвращается из собственного класса автомобиля, вместо использования массивов модели и обработки — теперь он совместим с f92la и IndieVehicles;

- Коды операций для координат пункта назначения (0AB6), имени машины (0ADB) и появления (0ADD) теперь совместимы с f92la.
