Mini Malibu Safehouse

Update from 09/14/2021:

The hideout was added to the map (radar) in these mods: HQ Radar, Google Maps Style Radar and Chinatown Wars Style Radar.

- Fixed missing glass windows;

- Added HD textures;

- Added LOD. The hideout is now visible from a distance.

- Modification adapted to Buy Property Mod (Ability to buy real estate);

- This place is marked on the map;

- Removed unnecessary objects;

- It no longer rains in the house;

- Added MipMap;

- Removed stones around the beach.

This project is an extension to Flint County, adding several mansions and villas to the same coastline that shares the sea with Santa Maria Beach, located west of Los Santos. Here you can save the game, save the car in the garage. Cars are parked near the house, a boat is on the dock. The house has its own interior.

- Модификация адаптирована к Buy Property Mod (Возможность покупать недвижимость);

- На карту нанесено данное место;

- Убраны ненужные объекты;

- В доме больше не идет дождь;

- Добавлены MipMap;

- Убраны камни вокруг пляжа.

Этот проект представляют собой расширение к округу Флинт, в котором добавлено несколько особняков и вилл к тому же побережью, которое разделяет море с пляжем Санта-Мария, проект расположен к западу от Лос-Сантоса. Здесь вы сможете сохранить игру, сохранить машину в гараже. Возле дома припаркованы машины, на причале стоит лодка. Дом имеет свой интерьер.

Для работы модификации нужно:

- Buy property mod (Возможность покупки недвижимости);

- Open Limit Adjuster.
