Update from 09/14/2021:

The hideout was added to the map (radar) in these mods: HQ Radar, Google Maps Style Radar and Chinatown Wars Style Radar.

Update from 04/17/2021:

- Fixed missing glass windows;
- Added HD textures;
- Added LOD. The hideout is now visible from a distance.

Update from 09/29/2020:

- Modification adapted to Buy Property Mod (Ability to buy real estate);
- This place is marked on the map;
- Removed unnecessary objects;
- It no longer rains in the house;
- Added MipMap;
- Removed stones around the beach.

This project is an extension to Flint County, adding several mansions and villas to the same coastline that shares the sea with Santa Maria Beach, located west of Los Santos. Here you can save the game, save the car in the garage. Cars are parked near the house, a boat is on the dock. The house has its own interior.
