I created the interior of my dorm room)
I personally took almost all the textures and then refined them in Photoshop.
Collision is maximally optimized, consisting of boxes and planes.
If you need to reduce the .txd, just compress the unwrap.

Сделал интерьер своей комнаты из общежития)
Практически все текстурки ходил и фотографировал сам, после лишь дорабатывал в фотошопе.
Коллизия максимально оптимизирована, состоит из одних боксов и плейнов.
Если нужно уменьшить .txd, то просто ужмите развёртку.
