This script adds a sheriff in the ruins, who appears at 23:00.
Background: Once the sheriff was on a call. It was dark... He accidentally crashed into a tree, got brain damage and went crazy. After what happened, he decided to live in ruins.
Installation:
Drop the .cs file into your CLEO folder after installing CLEO 4.
