This mod adds a spinning animation to the radars, similar to what was seen in GTA Vice City.
Installation:
1. Add ap_radar1_01.ifp to gta3.img and replace ap_radar1_01.dff
2. Make changes in multiobj.ide
Remove 1682, ap_radar1_01, ap_misc1bit, 100, 2097152And add at the end
