The mod adds a spinning animation to the radars, as it was in GTA Vice City.
Installation:
1. In gta3.img add ap_radar1_01.ifp and replace ap_radar1_01.dff
2. Make changes to multiobj.ide
Delete 1682, ap_radar1_01, ap_misc1bit, 100, 2097152And add at the end

Rotating radar
Reworked radar model with animation. Now the airport radars are spinning. I would be glad if someone corrects the animation so that the rotation is more uniform. To install, unzip the modloader folder to the root of the game.
