HOME_BRAINS REMAKE - new homeless behavior

The script changes the behavior for homeless people in GTA San Andreas. Now you can see how they are:

* Publicly defecate;

* Walk down the street in a state of intoxication;

* They sit on the ground and scratch their causal place.

This behavior of the homeless was supposed to get into the final version of the game, but the developers did not have time to bring the script to mind and fix a number of flaws (the original name of the script is HOME_BRAINS, hence the name of the mod). I decided to rewrite this script completely from scratch in CLEO format so that it works on any version of the game. The following bugs made by the developers have also been fixed:

* A stream of urine now always disappears;

* The drunkard will be holding a bottle of beer, not a sprink. Also fixed his facial animation;

* Sitting on the ground animation now loops correctly.
