HUD from GTA IV for GTA SA MOD v1.2

This mod adds the hood of GTA IV to GTA San Andreas.

Almost everything is like in IV (see screen.jpg) , including the life bar and

armor around the radar , weapon icons , phone and other nice little things .

Changes :

- Fixed a bug of the game crashing at the start of the replay;

— Added the ability to select keys to display "AllItems"

and "Phone"; (key numbers in `Keys.txt`);

- Previously unknown No-DVD

was added to the list of supported exe. weighing 14380032 bytes.

- Fixed a bug with a crash after 20-30 minutes of the game;

- Fixed a bug with the appearance of the original stars when repainting;

- Added reddening of the radar when losing health or armor;

- Added phone (shown on `P`(eng) ) ;

- Redrawn most of the weapon icons (thanks to Kryder'y);

- Display of all thins immediately moved from `~` to `Num +` ;

- Removed the opening of sites during the first two starts;

- Improved radar;

- Parameters of the black ring around the radar moved to `Radar.ini` ;
