Данный мод добавит новый сейфхаус для сохранения в Сан-Фиерро (Парадизо). В дом можно зайти. В нем очень уютно и просторно. Он имеет красивый вид. Возле дома будет припаркована машина. Также мод имеет функциональный гараж. Модификацию можно установить через ModLoader.
