Only tested with CLEO 4 (version 4.3.22 was used)!

Installation:
Add file "SpOutfitBonus2020.cs"
to the "CLEO" folder in the directory with installed GTA SA

Remove mod:
ATTENTION!
Before uninstalling the mod, if you have already saved the game while wearing a police uniform, you should take it off, wait 10 seconds, and save the game again.
Otherwise, you will still have access to restricted areas (Area 69 / Easter Basin Naval Station) even after uninstalling the mod!
But if you first take off your police uniform and save the game with the mod, then access to the restricted areas will be disabled, as it should be in the original game.
After that, you can remove the mod itself.
