Horns Divert v2 (carros desviarem com sua buzina)
Now, when you honk on the road, cars will move to the side and give way to you.
Fixes:
- Fixed activation on a car with hydraulic suspension (it loses its horn);
- Fixed a bug where the police car and ambulance gave way;
- Cars will now move left instead of right.
- Fixed bugs that caused vehicles controlled by missions and scripts to be inferior as well.
