IMG Factory is a powerful IMG editor for games based on the RW and soon Rage engine.

Developers: Mex, X-Seti and most importantly a great contribution from teamSOL!.

Functions:

(In version 2.0 in the Projects tab)

Import / export files from any .IMG file.
Conversion of game resources for the GTA series based on the RW engine
(For example, converting .DFF / TXD from GTAIII to SA, etc.)
Bulk reset of textures from .TXD files in the form of .bmp .jpg .png to any folder.
Export/sort files via .IDE.
Loading / saving sessions.
Tool update (use Help -> Update)
Game mod update utility [Update.lst]

Future plans:

Localization into different languages (English, Russian, Romanian, French (?))
TXD generator that assembles TXD from existing .DFF models.
Resource editor for Bully
Support for Manhunt / Manhunt 2
Support for LCS / VCS format
Resource editor for GTA Series based on RAGE (GTA 4)
Decompression / Compression for those files that belong to GTA3 / VC XBox
