GTA San Andreas is the first of the GTA series that was able to demonstrate full character customization in the form of clothing items, hairstyles and even tattoos! However, some items of clothing remained in the game files that never made it into the game. Some clothes were used to create interiors, after which they were cut out. With the help of this menu, you can see and even wear clothes that for some reason have not been "delivered" to game stores!

There are 4 sections in the menu: Torso(Jackets, T-shirts), Pants, Hats, Glasses. They represent the clothes that I found in the game files.
